Hello! I am a nudist and I receive a paper called The Bulletin from the American Association for Nude Recreation. I can't keep up with all the material from associations I belong to and so a lot of them end up on my living room floor or in my recycled carton.
In the March issue there is an editorial about the FCC fining ABC for a five year old episode of NYPD Blue in which they showed a naked buttock.
ABC was fined 1.7 million which breaks down to a "$17,500 penalty for every ABC affiliate that aired the episode with this sequence before 10 P.M. This occurred apparently due to time zone differences."
The group responsible for the complaint are the Parents Television Council.
